Serving Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington state.
Education Northwest is honored to lead the Northwest Comprehensive Center (CC), a federally funded technical assistance center serving Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Our Northwest CC team supports education agencies across these states to select, implement, and sustain evidence-based programs, practices, and interventions that strengthen instruction and improve student outcomes.
Education Northwest will operate the Northwest CC over a five-year grant cycle that began in fall 2024. We are proud to have operated CCs in the Northwest since the program’s inception in 2002.
Improve educational opportunities and outcomes for all students
Close opportunity and achievement gaps
Improve the quality of instruction, particularly for groups of students who are most underserved
The Northwest Comprehensive Center is part of a national network that provides customized capacity-building services to regional, Tribal, state, and local education agencies and schools. The CC Network is a grant program within the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Elementary and Secondary Education.
