Who We Are
Leveraging regional experience and national expertise to help states accomplish their priorities
Education Northwest is leading the Northwest Comprehensive Center (NWCC) from 2024 to 2029 through a five-year grant from the U.S. Department of Education. We have proudly served the Northwest for 60 years from our headquarters in Portland, Oregon, with a team of technical assistance providers, facilitators, and researchers who live and work throughout the region.
Because we are part of the communities we serve, our team has deep knowledge of the context that shapes education in the Northwest. We create sustainable, effective solutions guided by our lived experience, our professional experience providing intensive technical assistance, and our expertise in implementation science and systems change.
Our collaborative, evidence-based approach builds on existing strengths to grow the capacity of local, state, and Tribal education systems.
